& Residences

Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences manages hotel operations in its own name and on behalf of third parties. The focus is on the upscale 4* and 5* category. Marketing is based on the 4 travel motifs: Enjoyment, Deceleration, Entertainment and Active. Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences are represented in six countries: Austria, Italy, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany. The brand operates 27 hotels, 3 Falkensteiner residences and campsites.

FMTG Development

FMTG’s development division identifies locations, develops projects, acquires properties, seeks partners and investors, and explores business opportunities. Its areas of activity include the evaluation and selection of development sites, client representation and planning optimisation, the development of concepts for hotel and mixed-use projects, project marketing and financing, as well as real estate sales, including the sale of branded residences.

Michaeler & Partner

The consulting company Michaeler & Partner offers internal and external consulting services for the construction, refurbishment, design and operation of tourism properties. This business unit of FMTG is divided into three business areas: Project Development, Construction Management and Management Consulting. This includes strategic consulting and support for investors, banks, tourism destinations, etc. as well as comprehensive services for the development of tourism projects. More than 300 realised international projects in the private hotel industry as well as for institutions confirm the company’s extensive experience in the sector.

FMTG Invest

FMTG has been successfully pursuing a crowd investment strategy since 2017. The next step followed in June 2022 with the founding of FMTG Invest. The company’s own digital investment platform enables simple, direct and digital investments in the hospitality industry.

Falkensteiner Camping represents a premium nature-based camping concept that combines close-to-nature travel with a high level of comfort, quality infrastructure, and smart service elements.
