Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group focuses on all areas of tourism development. This allows us to gain experience in all fields and to create synergies that put us and our customers one step ahead of the competition at all times.
The Group is split into three core business divisions: FMTG Services (Hotelmanagement), FMTG Development, Michaeler & Partner and FMTG Others. This provides us with an internationally effective structure and thanks to our vertical integration of the value-creation chain, we are particularly effective as an all-round provider in the tourism industry.
FMTG Services also provides support functions such as central purchasing, controlling, and sales and distribution. The current total of over 4,000 rooms (in other words, more than 10,000 beds) in five European countries has led us to introduce Group-wide standards and cross-departmental structures. By investing in quality and quality assurance, we have achieved a consistently high level of service quality.
The PREMIUM LIVING by Falkensteiner brand was presented in 2009. This is FMTG’s version of “serviced living”, an idea that originated in the US. It means that when people purchase a tourism property, they also gain access to the adjacent hotel. Examples of this include the Falkensteiner Residences Senia in Punta Skala (Croatia) and the Falkensteiner Residences edel:weiss at Katschberg (Austria). The sales team at FMTG Development concentrates on marketing and selling these projects.
The team, which works in two locations in Vienna and Vahrn (I), stands out thanks to its holistic approach, forward-looking strategies and ongoing professional and personal development. Its shared success is based mainly on trust and complete discretion.
